Thank you for your interest in attending the 21st Asia-Pacific Vibration Conference (APVC2025). Below are the registration fees.
Important Notes
Early registration deadline: 3 September 2025
Presentation Policy:
Presenters must complete their registration by
20 October 202524 October 2025 for their papers to be included in the final conference programme.One presentation per registration. Additional presentations cost NZD 200 each.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Before 24 October 2025: Refund minus a 10% admin fee
24 October – 7 November 2025: 50% refund
After 7 November 2025: No refund
On-site Registration: Must be processed online. Cash will not be accepted.
